Pornhub offers a program that allows third party websites to embed video widgets into their sites directly.
We do not copy or otherwise reproduce works in any way. Use of these embeds is like sharing a YouTube video
on Twitter. You watch the video on Twitter but the video is hosted by YouTube.
Use of the video widgets is not a violation of the DMCA provided the embedded video was uploaded
by the authorized rights holder. All the videos we embed are uploaded from the rights holders official
account or authorized studio production house. Clicking on the title inside the video widget will
bring the browser to the PornHub video page of the authorized rights holder.
Websites that utilize the video widgets provided by Pornhub are not required to seek permission from the
copyright holders to use these video widgets as permission was granted by Pornhub which is authorized to
display the copyrighted work. Use of the video widgets does not constitute theft of the copyright holders work.
